If an item did not match, evidence could support a review only under the policy published for that deal.

Evidence follows the item

Example events show how required moments could stay connected to one locked record. Evidence can improve review quality but does not guarantee an outcome.

Buyers

0 MAD PRUVILO platform fee

The Morocco launch target for buyers. Product, delivery and requested third-party services may still be payable.

Sellers

4.9% after a successful protected sale

The target is calculated on product amount only, with a 19 MAD Morocco minimum. All terms remain pre-launch.

Estimate both sides before a future agreement

Choose whether the seller sets the product price or a desired final net. Separate costs change who pays, not the 4.9% fee basis.

What do you want to set?

Use up to two decimals and no thousands separator, for example 5000 or 5000.50.

Planned first eligible successful protected-sale fee waiver (0 MAD PRUVILO fee)

The product amount is above the planned 2,000 MAD ceiling. Eligibility is not assessed here and the standard fee remains shown.

Preview assumption: amounts use integer centimes and 4.9% is rounded to the nearest centime, half up, before applying the 19 MAD minimum. A price derived from desired net rounds up to the least centime that meets that net. Production rules will be versioned and may change after approval.

A calculated buyer-facing price would still require the buyer’s explicit approval before any future funding step. This calculator does not create or lock a deal.

Frequently asked questions

What makes a PRUVILO deal different from a regular agreement?

The planned flow has the buyer define expectations, the seller independently declare the item, and both accept one locked Product Passport before any payment step.

What will PRUVILO pricing be?

The Morocco launch target is a 0 MAD buyer platform fee and a seller fee of 4.9% of product amount, with a 19 MAD minimum, charged only after a successful protected sale. Delivery and third-party services stay separate. These terms are not yet live or approved for public launch.

What if the item does not match the locked record?

The planned process would ask both parties for the required evidence. Any review, dispute, return, or refund steps would follow the policy, coverage, deadlines, and exclusions published for that deal.

Who handles the protected payment?

The planned architecture requires a licensed payment partner—not PRUVILO—to safeguard customer funds. No operating provider has been announced; custody, release, refund, and resolution terms will be published before protected payments are enabled.

Can I use PRUVILO for an in-person deal?

Not yet. Any future in-person flow would require supported category, value, country, identity checks, and an approved handoff method.

Is every item covered in the same way?

No public coverage is approved yet. Future evidence requirements, inspection options, value limits, and protection levels may vary by category, fulfilment method, and country.
